Sustained, “just-in-time” professional education programs in all subjects, for in-service K12 teachers with new assignments, that improve content mastery, which leads to improved student achievement, graduation rates, college and workforce readiness, and economic development.

Efforts that create instructional support that includes both 1) subject-specific and grade-appropriate, written by expert practicing teachers of these subjects and 2) subject-specific mentoring teacher access.

The development of engaging and easy-to-use labs, activities and curricula for the sustained professional education of teachers with new assignments (as opposed to short-term workshops).
